Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain all project documents (drawings, contracts, reports, submittals, etc.)
Ensure proper document control procedures are followed in line with company standards
Track and update document logs, revisions, and approvals
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and subcontractors for document submissions and approvals
Prepare reports, correspondence, and meeting minutes
Maintain filing systems (electronic and hard copy)
Assist project managers and site teams with administrative tasks
Ensure timely distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Document Controller in a construction company (mandatory)
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (2–5 years preferred)
Immediate availability is required
Strong knowledge of document control systems and processes
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
