Job Position – System Engineer
Location: Riyadh
Experience: 3–6 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and administer Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure, including virtual machines, networking, and storage.
Support and maintain Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and user administration.
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Hyper-V virtual environments.
Administer and support Citrix environments, including application and desktop virtualization.
Manage Active Directory (AD), including user accounts, organizational units, and Group Policy (GPO) implementation.
Perform regular system backup and restoration procedures, ensuring data integrity and disaster recovery readiness.
Plan and execute patch management for servers and systems to maintain security and compliance.
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of IT services.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues in a timely manner.
Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and configurations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong experience with Azure, Office 365, and Windows Server environments.
Hands-on experience with Hyper-V and virtualization technologies.
Working knowledge of Citrix solutions.
Proficiency in Active Directory and Group Policy Management.
Experience in backup solutions and disaster recovery processes.
Good understanding of patching and system updates.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant certifications such as:
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
Microsoft 365 Certified
Citrix Certified Associate (CCA)
