What We're Looking For:
5-8+ years IT experience (financial services/fintech strongly preferred)
Strategic thinker who translates business needs into tech roadmaps
Deep knowledge of trading systems, cloud, AI/ML, and low-latency architectures
Experience with emerging tech (Generative AI, automation, DevOps)
Strong project management and vendor management skills
Bilingual (English/Arabic) preferred
