Key Responsibilities:
Manage and follow up on customer payment collections and outstanding balances.
Communicate with clients regarding payment schedules and account status.
Maintain accurate records of collections activities and financial transactions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of payment issues.
Support financial teams in improving collections efficiency and cash flow management.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
Experience:
Previous collections or accounts receivable experience preferred.
Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation capabilities.
Ability to maintain professional relationships while handling payment matters.
Good organizational and documentation skills.
