Accounts Assistant
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Handle daily bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable and accounts receivable (AP/AR).
• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns in compliance with UAE regulations.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for Corporate Tax compliance.
• Use accounting tools such as Zoho Books and Tally to keep financial data accurate and up to date.
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience, with UAE experience preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software, including QuickBooks, Zoho Books, and Tally.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, especially advanced functions.
• Good understanding of UAE VAT laws and corporate tax regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate effectively within a team.
