Job Description:
Prepare and manage quotations, purchase orders, material submittals, and Material Test Certificates (MTC) in a timely and accurate manner.
Coordinate with sales, procurement, logistics, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Support project coordination and basic project management tasks, including tracking timelines and documentation.
Maintain project files, logs, and reports using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Communicate with clients and suppliers for follow-ups, clarifications, and document submission.
Assist the sales team with reports, presentations, and customer correspondence.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for material availability and dispatch updates.
Ensure proper filing, document control, and customer satisfaction through continuous follow-ups.
Qualification:
B.E Mechanical Engineering
Mechanical sales background will be an added advantage
Salary up to AED 4000 + visa, medical insurance, flight ticket
