Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all Finance Department operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
Conduct financial risk assessment and implement effective mitigation strategies
Review and analyze financial statements, including profit & loss reports, to improve performance and reduce costs
Supervise financial records, documentation, and compliance with local and international regulations
Monitor financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
Lead, mentor, and develop finance teams to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
Ensure alignment of financial strategies with organizational goals and growth objectives
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and accounting roles
Proven track record in leadership and managing finance teams
Strong knowledge of ERP systems and financial management tools
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
Ability to provide financial insights that support business growth and decision-making
Experience in preparing, reviewing, and analyzing complex financial statements

Average Market Salary (Estimated):
SAR 650,000 – SAR 1,200,000 per year (based on CFO roles in Saudi Arabia for medium-to-large organizations)
