Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
1–2 years of experience in reception or administrative roles
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Professional, organized, and detail oriented
Ability to multitask and handle confidential information
