Quantity Surveyor
Job Location : Doha, Qatar
Job Details :
• Bachelor s Degree in Quantity Surveying Civil Engineering or a related field
• Certification MMUP Certification Qatar Engineering Committee - Mandatory
• Experience Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with strong exposure to fit-out works and priority given to candidates with experience in marble stone and granite industries
• Strong knowledge of the Qatar construction market local pricing and commercial practices
• Proven expertise in cost estimation tendering billing variations claims and project controls
• Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills
