Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily store and warehouse operations, ensuring efficient material handling and storage.
• Maintain safe, organized, and compliant inventory storage aligned with construction industry standards.
• Monitor minimum, maximum, reorder, and critical stock levels in coordination with operations teams.
• Conduct regular physical inventory checks and reconcile stock with SAP or ERP system records.
• Maintain accurate store documentation, inventory records, and operational reports.
• Analyze inventory data and implement improvement measures to optimize warehouse efficiency.
• Prepare annual warehouse budgets, track expenses, and manage cost variances.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor productivity targets for warehouse operations.
• Coordinate with procurement and project teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and operational policies within warehouse facilities.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in store or warehouse management within construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong hands-on experience working with the latest SAP version for inventory management and ERP operations.
• Proven expertise in warehouse operations, inventory control, and materials management.
• Prior Gulf or Middle East construction project experience is mandatory.
• Excellent documentation, reporting, and record-keeping skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and planning abilities.
• Fluent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Knowledge of Arabic language is considered an advantage.
Salary:
OMR 1,000 – OMR 1,500 per month (All Inclusive)
