Requirements :
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in residential or villa construction.
• Strong understanding of structural, architectural, and MEP aspects of villa projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and construction management software.
• Excellent project coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
