Job description:
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee material control and coordinate sales activities for oil & gas manufacturing materials including pipes, flanges, fittings, and forgings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage warehouse operations including receiving, storage, preservation, and dispatch
* Ensure accurate material control, traceability (heat numbers, MTCs), and inventory management
* Coordinate with sales team on stock availability, lead times, and order execution
* Support in handling RFQs, urgent requirements, and delivery commitments
* Maintain optimal stock levels and monitor slow-moving/dead inventory
* Coordinate with procurement and production for material planning and availability
* Ensure compliance with ASME/API standards and project specifications
* Liaise with logistics for timely local and export shipments
* Lead warehouse team and enforce HSE and safety practices
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
* 7–10 years of experience in oil & gas materials warehouse and sales coordination
* Strong knowledge of CS, SS, and Alloy Steel materials
* Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, etc.)
* Strong coordination, planning, and leadership skills
