HR Coordinator
Job Location : United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee recruitment processes, onboarding activities, and employee orientation programs
• Maintain and update accurate HR records and employee documentation
• Support visa processing, renewals, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws
• Coordinate staff attendance, scheduling, and internal training programs
• Assist in payroll preparation and generate HR-related reports
• Contribute to employee relations and support HR initiatives across multiple branches
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 1 to 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in education or nursery settings
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and ADEK requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems is an added advantage
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
