Qualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skills to clearly explain repairs and manage client expectations.
2-3 years of proven experience as a Service Advisor or Parts Coordinator in Kuwait.
Knowledge of automotive systems, components, and repair processes.
Organizational and multitasking skills to manage appointments and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using service management software and basic office applications.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail for accurately diagnosing customer concerns and providing repair estimates.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, ideally in the automotive industry.
Ability to work in an on-site, fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.
