Position: Invoicing Assistant
Experience: Experience in billing or accounts receivable preferred
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting/Finance (preferred)
Salary: AED 4000 to 7000 (estimated)
Location: Al Karama, Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and issue invoices accurately while ensuring deadlines are consistently met
• Maintain and update billing records, ensuring all data is properly documented
• Assist in account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies in billing
• Coordinate with internal departments to streamline invoicing processes
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients when required

Requirements:
• Previous experience in invoicing, billing, or accounts receivable is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Candidates available for immediate joining will be given preference
