Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma / Graduate /ITI / Vocational, Offshore, or related Engineering field
2–5 years of experience in lifting operations, preferably in offshore or oil & gas environments
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of lifting equipment, rigging, and offshore lifting procedures
Ability to plan, supervise, and execute lifting operations safely
Familiarity with lifting regulations, standards, and risk assessments
Proficient in preparing lift plans, method statements, and hazard analyses
Strong coordination and communication skills
Willingness to work in offshore locations on rotational cycles
