Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across all café branches
Ensure consistent execution of SOPs, brand standards, and service guidelines
Conduct regular branch visits, audits, and performance reviews
Plan, execute, and manage events, pop-ups, kiosks, and temporary outlets
Coordinate staffing, logistics, setup, and breakdown for events
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and quality standards across branches and events
Lead and support Store Managers and event teams
Manage budgets, costs, sales performance, and profitability
Oversee inventory, suppliers, and equipment coordination
Ensure compliance with local regulations and labor laws
Support new branch openings and business growth initiatives
Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
5–8 years of experience in F&B operations with multi-branch exposure
Experience managing events and pop-ups
Strong leadership and financial management skills
