Required a Filipino Female Candidate to fil the position of Nursing Manager. Responsible to Manage a Team of Nurses who are providing Home Nursing Services
Manage day-to-day operations of home healthcare nursing services
Handle scheduling and allocation of nurses for home visits
Supervise and evaluate nursing staff
Ensure compliance with local Authorities
Develop and implement patient care plans
Monitor quality of care and patient satisfaction
Coordinate with management, doctors, nurses, patients, and families
Preparing Daily, weekly and monthly reports for the Management
Maintain proper documentation and reporting systems
Support recruitment and onboarding of new nursing staff
