Job Title: Middle Years Programme / Diploma Programme Coordinator (MYP/DP Coordinator)
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Education or relevant subject + B.Ed or equivalent
Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in IB (International Baccalaureate) curriculum, preferably in UAE
Experience in curriculum coordination or academic leadership is preferred
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP)
Ability to manage, support, and coordinate teachers and academic programs
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Familiarity with UAE education regulations and IB standards
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate academic records
