Requirements :
• Minimum 15 years of progressive Health & Safety experience, preferably within UAE/GCC mega projects.
• Proven leadership experience in managing large HSE teams on complex construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE legal OSH frameworks.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead safety culture transformation initiatives.
