Key Responsibilities:
Manage full procurement lifecycle aligned with project schedules
Develop and maintain strategic supplier and vendor relationships
Lead sourcing activities across local and international markets
Implement cost-control strategies and drive procurement savings
Ensure timely procurement of MEP materials and equipment
Supervise procurement team operations and performance reporting
Support tendering processes and value engineering initiatives
Coordinate with project management, engineering, and commercial teams
Monitor procurement budgets, contracts, and supplier performance
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
Minimum 10 years of procurement experience
Strong background in MEP procurement within construction or hospitality projects (Mandatory)
Proven experience managing procurement teams on large-scale projects
Strong negotiation, commercial, and contract management skills
Knowledge of international sourcing and vendor evaluation processes
Experience with procurement systems, reporting tools, and project coordination
Professional certifications in procurement or supply chain management are advantageous
SAR 25,000 – 35,000 per month
