Key Responsibilities:
Perform well testing operations according to approved operational procedures
Set up, operate, and dismantle well testing equipment at field locations
Conduct pressure testing and monitor pressure control systems
Collect operational data using Data Acquisition Systems (DAS)
Maintain accurate operational records and reporting documentation
Inspect and maintain well testing equipment to ensure reliability and safety
Ensure strict compliance with HSE regulations and industry safety standards
Coordinate with field engineers, supervisors, and technical teams
Support troubleshooting and operational optimization activities
Requirements & Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
Minimum 3+ years of experience in oilfield or well testing operations
Valid IWCF Certification (Mandatory)
Strong understanding of well testing equipment and pressure control systems
Knowledge of oilfield operational safety procedures and HSE compliance
Experience working in field-based oil and gas environments
Ability to work under operational pressure and remote field conditions
Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
OMR 800 – 1,300 per month
