Contracts Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Manage contract administration processes throughout project lifecycle
Interpret and implement FIDIC contract conditions and standards
Handle claims, variations, extensions of time, and contractual disputes
Lead negotiation processes with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
Monitor contractual risk and ensure compliance with project requirements
Prepare contractual reports, documentation, and correspondence
Support project management teams with commercial and contractual guidance
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Contracts Manager: 15–20 years of construction industry experience
Strong knowledge of FIDIC contract conditions and construction law principles (for Contracts Manager)
Proven leadership experience managing engineering or technical teams
Expertise in claims management, contract administration, and project coordination
Strong understanding of shop drawings, quantity surveying, and construction documentation
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Professional certifications in contract management or project management are advantageous
Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making capabilities
SAR 35,000 – 55,000 per month
