We are looking for a skilled and passionate Consultant Urologist to join our healthcare team. In this vital position, you will be responsible for providing advanced diagnosis, treatment, and management of a wide variety of urological conditions, all while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety.
Responsibilities
Assess and evaluate patients with urological disorders through thorough clinical examinations and history taking.
Diagnose conditions affecting the urinary tract and male reproductive organs, including cancers and benign diseases.
Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on the latest clinical guidelines and evidence-based practices.
Perform a range of surgical procedures, including minimally invasive and robotic surgeries.
Provide patient education on urological health management, treatment options, and preventive strategies.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
Participate in continuing education and professional development to stay informed of advancements in urology.
Maintain clear, accurate medical records in accordance with legal and regulatory standards.
Requirements
Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
Completion of residency in Urology.
Board certification in Urology is mandatory.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant clinical experience in urology.
Expertise in performing urological surgical procedures and managing complex cases.
Strong diagnostic abilities and excellent problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with patients and colleagues.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Commitment to ongoing education and remaining current with developments in urology.
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
