Customer Services Coordinator
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups in a timely manner
• Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure on-time deliveries
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order status
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication
• Support internal coordination to streamline operations and resolve issues
Requirements:
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service (manufacturing or packaging industry preferred)
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications
• Strong communication skills with attention to detail
• Candidate must currently be based in the UAE
