Key Responsibilities
Develop accurate 3D architectural BIM models using Revit
Prepare detailed shop drawings and as-built documentation
Perform BIM coordination and clash detection to resolve design conflicts
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams for model accuracy
Ensure compliance with UAE/GCC architectural standards and authority requirements
Maintain organized BIM files and documentation for ongoing projects
Support project teams with technical clarifications and model updates
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in Architectural BIM modeling
Proficiency in BIM software, with Revit mandatory
Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use building projects
Knowledge of architectural detailing, shop drawings, and as-built drawings
Familiarity with BIM coordination, clash detection, and Navisworks (preferred)
Understanding of UAE/GCC standards and regulatory requirements

Average Market Salary (Estimated): AED 85,000 – 120,000 per year (based on Architecture BIM Modeler roles in Dubai with 3+ years of experience)
