Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end digital transformation projects and ERP implementations
Establish IT governance frameworks, policies, and compliance standards across multiple institutions
Oversee enterprise IT infrastructure management and optimization
Manage cloud platforms, including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and AWS
Ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery of full-cycle ERP and digital projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in the education and banking domains
Monitor IT performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
7–12 years of proven experience in IT management, with strong expertise in digital transformation and ERP projects
Demonstrated experience in education sector IT projects is mandatory
Expertise in IT governance, policy formulation, and compliance frameworks
Hands-on experience in enterprise IT infrastructure and cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS)
Strong project management skills with experience delivering full-cycle ERP/digital projects
Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership abilities

Average Market Salary (Estimated): OMR 35,000 – 50,000 per year (based on IT Manager roles with digital transformation expertise in Oman, 7–12 years of experience)
