Senior HR Executive
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures professionally.
• Support performance management cycles, including goal setting and evaluations.
• Prepare HR reports, analytics, and dashboards for management review.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Coordinate training, development programs, and employee engagement activities.
• Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll in coordination with finance.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Act as the main HR point of contact for employees across departments.
Skills & Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience in the UAE or GCC region.
• Fluency in Arabic (mandatory); strong English communication skills.
• Solid understanding of UAE labour laws and HR compliance.
• Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems and MS Office (especially Excel).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
