Position: QA Engineer
Experience: 3–4 Years (Only)
Salary: Open (Based on experience)

Mandatory Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
ISO 9001:2015 – Lead Auditor Certificate (Mandatory)
Experience in Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical industry
3–4 years of experience in a similar role
Strong English communication skills
Ability to read & understand international codes & standards

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure implementation & maintenance of Quality Management System (QMS)
Monitor and report QMS performance across departments
Conduct internal audits and close NCR/CPAR
Identify and escalate quality issues to management
Verify deliverables meet design and functional specifications
Report, track, and validate defect fixes
Maintain control of documents and records
Prepare and manage quality documentation (ITP, WPS, procedures, etc.)
Coordinate with QC teams for as-built documentation
Participate in QA/QC meetings and resolve inconsistencies

Technical Competencies:
Mechanical Engineering background
Strong knowledge of QMS and ISO standards
Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industry exposure
Proficiency in documentation and quality procedures

Behavioural Competencies:
Result-oriented and quality-driven
Strong team player
Good presentation & communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
