Qualifications & Experience:
Engineering Graduates/PG (Civil or Construction Management)
3–7 years experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and contract administration
Experience in construction projects, preferably high-rise, residential, or commercial
UAE experience preferred
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of construction measurement and estimation techniques
Ability to prepare Bills of Quantities, cost plans, and tender documents
Familiarity with contracts, procurement procedures, and cost control
Good communication and negotiation skills
