Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement the HSE Management System (HSE-MS), including -risk, crisis, and environmental management frameworks.
-Drive a “Zero Harm” culture across all operations and sites.
-Lead and mentor HSE teams across the division, building capability and consistency.
-Oversee process and machine safety programs, including LOTO, PSM, and safety audits.
-Lead incident investigations (RCA) and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
-Conduct and govern major risk assessments such as HAZOP, HAZID, and ESIA.
-Establish and monitor HSE KPIs across plants, service facilities, and field operations.
-Develop and manage emergency response and business continuity plans.
-Act as the key interface with regulators, partners, and external stakeholders.
-Ensure contractor and vendor compliance with HSE standards.

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in HSE, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
-Extensive experience in HSE within complex operational environments, including leadership roles.
-Strong knowledge of international HSE standards and best practices.
-Proven experience in risk management, audits, and safety leadership.
-Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications:
-NEBOSH (International Diploma or General Certificate).
-ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 Lead Auditor-
-BOSIET / HUET and H2S (for offshore exposure).
