Key Responsibilities
Monitor network operations and manage NOC activities.
Troubleshoot technical issues for applications, servers, and network systems.
Provide technical support to internal teams and clients.
Ensure timely resolution of incidents and maintain service level agreements (SLAs).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT processes.
Maintain accurate documentation of network and technical issues.
Requirements & Qualifications
Must be locally present in Qatar.
Valid driving license is mandatory.
Fluent in Arabic and English (French is a plus).
Proven experience as an IT NOC Specialist or Technical Support Engineer.
Strong problem-solving, networking, and communication skills.
Familiarity with IT infrastructure, servers, and applications support.
Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated): QAR 120,000 – 180,000 per annum (based on role, experience, and Qatar market standards)
