Key Responsibilities
Deliver sales process and methodology training to sales teams.
Coach sales personnel on prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing techniques.
Develop training materials, onboarding programs, and workshops.
Monitor and ensure adoption of standardized sales processes and CRM tools.
Provide ongoing feedback and performance coaching to improve sales results.
Collaborate with management to align training programs with business goals.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, or related roles.
Strong coaching, presentation, and communication skills.
Proven ability to develop and implement effective training programs.
Must be an Arabic candidate currently based in Oman.
Availability for face-to-face interviews is required.
Average Market Salary (Estimated): OMR 18,000 – 28,000 per annum (based on role, experience, and Oman market standards)
