Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage electrical and IT construction activities across large Oil & Gas projects
Oversee fabrication, installation, hook-up, and completion phases of project execution
Develop and execute detailed fabrication and construction plans
Supervise onshore compression fabrication and yard operations
Ensure compliance with offshore and onshore facility standards and safety regulations
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless project delivery
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks
Drive successful execution of Topsides fabrication components
Support commissioning and handover processes
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
Minimum 15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas construction projects
Proven expertise in fabrication, installation, and offshore/onshore operations
Strong understanding of Topsides fabrication and offshore production facilities
Experience in large-scale project execution and yard operations
Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are highly desirable
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage complex, high-value engineering projects
Salary: USD 10,000 – 15,000 per month (tax-free, based on seniority and GCC market standards)
