Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and deployment of AI models and advanced analytical applications
Oversee data exploration, data transformation, and model performance optimization
Drive the adoption of business intelligence (BI) solutions and data visualization tools
Ensure delivery of accurate, high-quality analytical insights to stakeholders
Manage and mentor cross-functional teams including data scientists, analysts, and engineers
Develop and implement AI/ML strategies aligned with business objectives
Monitor and improve reporting systems for performance, scalability, and efficiency
Collaborate with senior leadership to support data-driven business decisions
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
Minimum 6+ years of experience in AI, analytics, or business intelligence leadership roles
Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, including model development, deployment, and monitoring
Expertise in reporting tools, data visualization platforms, and analytics frameworks
Proven experience managing cross-functional and technical teams
Relevant certifications in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Analytics are highly preferred
Strong analytical thinking, leadership, and communication skills
QAR 35,000 – QAR 60,000 per month (based on seniority, leadership experience, and industry standards in Qatar)
