Requirements:
Strong knowledge of EPC project operations, planning, and execution
Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and large-scale projects
Ability to monitor performance, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
Familiarity with budgeting, resource allocation, and operational reporting
Oversee day-to-day operations of EPC projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
Coordinate between engineering, procurement, construction, and project teams
Implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and safety
SAR 8,000 – 25,000 per month (based on role, seniority, and Saudi Arabia Oil & Gas EPC market standards)
