Finance Manager
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Requirements :
• 5–10+ years of experience in finance/accounting
• Experience in real estate, brokerage, or property development is highly preferred
• Prior experience managing finance independently or in a standalone role
• UAE experience and knowledge of local regulations is essential
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional qualification preferred (ACCA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent)
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Deep understanding of VAT and UAE financial regulations
• Advanced Excel and financial systems expertise
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
