Senior Estimator cum Quantity Surveyor
Job Location : UAE
Key Functions :
• Lead tender reviews and cost estimation for marble & stone works
• Prepare detailed BOQs using CCS Candy
• Source supplier quotations
• Manage project variations and valuations
Requirements / Qualifications :
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• 10+ years of experience in estimation / quantity surveying
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marble / stone works
Software Skills :
• CCS Candy
• PlanSwift
• AutoCAD
• MS Excel
• MS Word
