Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, People Development, or HR Development.
Experience in a hospital or healthcare environment is considered an advantage.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage multiple training initiatives and stakeholders.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (Lippincott & Litmos) and HR development tools is preferred.
