Key Responsibilities
Receive incoming calls and make outgoing calls professionally
Respond to customer inquiries accurately and provide clear information
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
Record and update customer data in the system
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Maintain service quality standards and deliver excellent customer experience
Collaborate with team members and other departments
Support continuous improvement in customer service processes
Requirements & Qualifications
Saudi nationals only (mandatory)
High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle pressure and manage time effectively
Basic computer skills and familiarity with office systems
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Strong problem-solving and customer handling abilities
SAR 4,000 – 6,500 per month (based on call center and customer service roles in Saudi Arabia)
