Implement and maintain the Project Quality Plan and QA/QC procedures
Conduct inspections of ongoing construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications
Review and approve material submittals, method statements, and inspection test plans (ITPs)
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and site teams on quality-related matters
Ensure all materials used at site are approved and comply with project requirements
Conduct site inspections and witness tests as per approved ITPs
Identify non-conformities (NCRs), recommend corrective actions, and ensure closure
Maintain proper QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, and records
Monitor workmanship standards and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards
Assist in internal and external audits related to quality management systems
Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards, local authority requirements, and project specifications
Provide guidance and training to site staff on quality requirements
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Minimum 3–7 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer in construction projects in the UAE
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality standards
Familiarity with UAE codes, standards, and local authority requirements
Experience in handling consultants and client inspections
Proficiency in preparing QA/QC reports and documentation
Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems is preferred
