Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 and integrated enterprise systems
Ensure high availability, performance, and security of applications
Diagnose and resolve production incidents and system issues in a timely manner
Manage release deployments and coordinate change management processes
Support disaster recovery planning and execution
Maintain and troubleshoot .NET-based applications and services
Work with SQL Server databases for performance monitoring and issue resolution
Manage SharePoint portals and API integrations
Ensure compliance with security policies, audit requirements, and governance standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability and performance
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Proven experience in MS Dynamics 365 administration and troubleshooting
Hands-on experience with .NET applications, SQL Server, and SharePoint
Strong understanding of API integrations and enterprise system workflows
Knowledge of IT security, compliance, and audit processes
Experience with incident management and production support environments
Arabic language proficiency (mandatory)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
SAR 12,000 – SAR 20,000 per month (based on experience level and enterprise support roles in Saudi Arabia)
