HR Executive
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities :
• Onboarding/Offboarding: oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the company. Manage the visa, work permits, cancellations, etc.
• Employee Relations: act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Culture & Engagement: organize and promote company events, team-building activities, and recognition programs. Gather employee feedback and implement initiatives to improve engagement and satisfaction. Champion company values and encourage a positive work environment.
• Performance Management & Training Support: provide necessary support to the HR Manager to ensure performance management and training initiatives of the company are completed as per deadlines.
• HR Policy & Documentation: ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies. Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation. Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
• Payroll & Compensation: ensure monthly payroll is processed with 100% accuracy and as per timelines. Support the HR Manager with all compensation & benefits related initiatives.
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR or People & Culture role in UAE is a must.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
