Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction, oil & gas, and industrial sectors
Promote rental services for heavy equipment such as cranes, forklifts, manlifts, and earthmoving machinery
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and project managers
Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals
Conduct market research to identify new trends and customer needs
Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment
Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions (CRM/reporting)
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
1–5 years of experience in heavy equipment rental / construction sales (GCC experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of equipment like cranes, boom trucks, forklifts, generators, etc.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Valid Driving License (Saudi or transferable preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications:
Existing client database in Saudi Arabia / GCC
Experience working with EPC contractors, construction companies, or oil & gas firms
Familiarity with rental software or CRM systems
