Requirements:
Strong knowledge of special education strategies and techniques
Ability to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Good communication and classroom management skills
Ability to prepare individualized lesson plans and learning materials
Responsibilities:
Teach and support students with special educational needs
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Monitor and assess student progress
Work closely with parents, teachers, and support staff
Maintain records and documentation of student development
