Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all construction activities from planning to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate between clients, sub-contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
• Tracks construction expenditures and aligns with BOQ and budget constraints.
• Identifies cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Coordinate daily site activities to achieve project milestones.
• Ensures daily operations on-site are executed safely, efficiently, and incompliance with design specifications and regulatory standards.
• Implement and enforce safety standards and procedures at site.
• Reviews and enforces contract clauses, scope boundaries, and change orders.
• Escalates critical issues to Project manager with clear action plans.
• Provide technical guidance to site engineers and Supervisors.
• Track project progress, identify delays, and propose corrective actions.
• Resolves site conflicts, technical discrepancies, and contractor disputes diplomatically.
• Support the Bid team with the project proposals.
- Qualifications & Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
· Must have experience in the DBOOM/BOT Oil & Gas Construction program.
· Minimum of 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas (10 years as construction manager Oil & Gas).
· Only candidates from inside Kuwait with transferrable residency will be considered.
· Can join immediately.
