HR Admin Officer (Maternity Cover)

Job Location : Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate administrative tasks to support the office and its employees.
• Support employee engagement and development initiatives.

Qualifications :

• 1–2 years of HR experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
