What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 7-10 years of hands-on experience in international Procurement& Logistics within
construction / contracting projects.
Strong practical experience in end-to-end import procurement cycles (RFQ -> negotiation ->
PO -> shipping -> clearance -> delivery).
Proven expertise in Documentary Credits (L/Cs), Incoterms, and international trade finance.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage international suppliers with a focus on cost,
delivery, and risk mitigations.
Experience in handling critical and time-sensitive shipments under operational pressure.
Exposure to supplier evaluation, vendor development, and contract administration.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar).
Solid understanding of Kuwait customs regulations and clearance procedures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to coordinate effectively with projects, finance, warehouses, and freight forwarders.
Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
