Job Summary
Oversee site execution ensuring work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Execute site works as per approved drawings
Handle WIR, MIR, and inspections
Coordinate with client, consultant, subcontractors
Manage manpower and daily activities
Ensure quality and safety compliance
Resolve site issues
Track materials and deliveries
Attend meetings and update progress
Requirements
Bachelor’s in Civil / Mechanical Engineering
3–6 years GCC experience
Experience in steel, fit-out, facade, aluminium
Strong documentation knowledge
Good communication skills
