Job Summary
Manage post-contract cost control, billing, and documentation for construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare IPC and progress invoices
Handle variations, claims, and final accounts
Review BOQ and contracts
Track project costs and budgets
Ensure supporting documents for billing
Coordinate with site and finance teams
Evaluate subcontractor payments
Maintain records for audit
Requirements
Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying
4–8 years GCC experience in post-contract QS
Strong billing and contract knowledge
Experience in construction projects
Proficient in MS Excel
